On 22nd April Tartine was proud to compete in the All Ireland Chowder Cook off in Kinsale, giving Chef Gary a chance to showcase his award winning “Maritime Red Chowder"

It was hard work but what an experience!  A great trip all round, allowing Gary and his team to meet many fellow Chefs and Foodies alike, before relaxing and enjoying the best of what Kinsale has to offer, drawing much inpiration along the way.
