8oz Sirloin steak with with herb-roasted tomato, field mushrooms, crispy onions, handcut chips & pepper jus

 

Pan fried fillet of salmon with tomato & fennel stew, sweet potato mash & white wine cream

 

Slow braised Irish lamb shank on champ with roast root vegetables & red wine jus
